• — Service preferences and booking details (date, pickup location, passengers)
• — We do not collect payment card data — this is handled securely by our payment providers
• — We use Vercel Analytics for aggregated, anonymous visitor metrics — see our Cookie Policy for details. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party marketing tools

3. How We Use Your Data

• — To process and confirm your booking
• — To take payment for your booking at our secure online checkout, or to send a payment link or invoice for a custom trip or charter
• — To contact you regarding your transfer
• — We do not sell or share your data with third parties, except our payment providers for payment processing

4. Data Retention

Booking data is retained for 12 months from the date of your transfer, after which it is permanently deleted.

5. Your Rights

6. Third Party Services

Payments are processed by three third-party payment providers: Xendit for payments in IDR (QRIS and bank transfer), DOKU for card payments in IDR, and PayPal for card payments in USD. Each provider's own privacy policy applies to any data collected during the payment process. We do not have access to your card details.
