How do I find my driver at Bali airport?

How far in advance should I book a Bali airport transfer?
Please book at least 24 hours before your pickup time so we can confirm and assign your driver. For arrivals, we track your flight and meet you when you land.
Is the transfer price fixed?
Yes. You receive one all-inclusive price, confirmed before you book. There is no meter and no surge pricing.
Do your drivers speak English?
Our drivers are friendly and experienced with international guests, and communicate comfortably in basic English for everything you'll need along the way.
What group sizes can you accommodate?
We have vehicles for solo travellers up to larger groups - sedan, SUV and minibus options, selected to fit your number of passengers and luggage.
Are transfers available late at night or early morning?
Yes. Transfers run 24 hours a day, including late-night and early-morning flights.
How can I pay?
You can pay online by bank transfer or QRIS in IDR, by card in IDR through our payment provider, or by card through PayPal in USD, which carries a disclosed processing fee. Payment is made securely at checkout when you book.
