1. Agreement
By making a booking with Take Me There you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
2. Services
We provide private driver and airport transfer services in Bali, Indonesia. Our services include airport transfers, half-day charters (4 hours), full-day charters (8 hours), and custom or multi-day arrangements.
3. Booking & Confirmation
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A secure payment link will be sent directly to your WhatsApp. Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and you have received a confirmation message from us.
4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
All bookings are non-refundable once payment is made.
Airport Transfers:
- — Flight delays are automatically accommodated at no extra charge. We track your flight in real time and adjust your pickup accordingly.
- — If your flight is cancelled by the airline, you may reschedule your transfer within 30 days of the original booking date at no charge.
- — Cancellation or rescheduling for reasons other than flight delay or airline cancellation must be requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled pickup time.
Tours & Charters (Half Day, Full Day, Multi-Day):
- — Rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- — Rescheduling is valid within 30 days of the original booking date.
- — Rescheduling requests beyond 30 days from the original booking date will not be accepted and the booking will be forfeited.
- — No-shows are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
All rescheduling requests must be made via WhatsApp to +62 811-2521-1000.
5. Pricing
All prices are fixed and inclusive. There are no hidden fees or surge pricing. All prices are shown and charged in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah).
6. Our Responsibilities
We will make every effort to ensure punctual, safe, and professional service. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (traffic, adverse weather, or vehicle issues) we will notify you as soon as possible and offer rescheduling at no extra charge.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Please provide accurate pickup details and be ready at the agreed pickup time. We allow a complimentary 15-minute waiting period. Additional waiting time beyond 15 minutes may incur extra charges.
8. Flight Tracking
For airport pickup services, we track your flight and adjust the pickup time for delays at no extra charge. Please provide your flight number at the time of booking.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the confirmed booking. We are not responsible for missed flights, missed connections, or any losses arising from traffic delays or circumstances beyond our control.
10. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia.
